Based on your specific application we can carry out the following tests and measurements:

Torque tests: We measure the transferable torque up to the breaking torque of the components. Depending on different requirements and test weights we can also document the fracture behaviour and make it available.
Hardness measurements: We measure hardness according to Vickers and Rockwell.
Electroplated layers: We measure by using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, so that we can record and consider even the lowest coating thickness.
Measurements with a high-resolution microscope:
Our measuring devices enable us to detect, analyze and correct detailed faults. Due to severe testing and measuring procedures during production as well as in the goods inwards department, we are supplying connecting parts to the highest precision.
